Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026 · Plain-language draft pending appropriate legal review.

These Terms govern access to and use of Serotre Ops, including subscriptions, business workspaces, uploaded data, and operational features.

Using Serotre Ops

You may use the modules and features available under your plan for your organization's lawful business operations.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for maintaining accurate organization information and controlling which users are invited to your workspace.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of records entered by your users and for keeping account access secure.

Plans and subscriptions

The Free plan is available without payment. Paid plans provide additional capabilities and limits for the stated subscription period.

Payment and manual verification

Paid subscriptions are currently verified manually. Submitting a payment reference does not activate a plan until Serotre approves it.

Plan expiration and access changes

When paid access expires, existing records remain stored while available modules, actions, and creation limits fall back to the resulting plan.

Acceptable use

Do not use Serotre for unlawful activity, store content you have no right to use, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the service or other organizations.

Sales records and BIR limitation

Serotre records operational sales and payments. It is not currently a BIR-accredited POS and does not issue official BIR invoices.

Customer and business data

Your business data remains yours. You are responsible for having the right to enter and process customer, supplier, and transaction data.

Files and attachments

You are responsible for uploaded files and must not upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, or change the service as the product evolves and will communicate material changes where appropriate.

Custom services

Custom migration, training, integrations, reports, workflows, or development may be governed by an additional written scope and price.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access for serious security risks, non-payment, unlawful use, or material violations of these terms.

Limitations

A final commercial agreement should define warranties, liability, and service limitations and should be reviewed by appropriate legal counsel.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
