Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026 · Plain-language draft pending appropriate legal review.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Serotre Ops processes, how that information is used, and how business workspace data is handled.

Information we collect

We process the account, organization, and operational information you provide so Serotre Ops can run your workspace.

If you send a contact inquiry, we process your name, email, business details, inquiry type, message, and security-verification result so we can prevent abuse and respond.

If you book a demo, we process your contact and business details, requested schedule, notes, security-verification result, booking status, and meeting link so we can arrange and conduct the session.

Workspace and organization data

Workspace data can include products, suppliers, customers, purchases, inventory movements, quotations, orders, sales, credit records, deliveries, tasks, and related settings.

Authentication information

We use basic identity information from your sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, and account identifier, to create and secure access.

Files and attachments

Files you upload are stored within your organization's protected storage area and are subject to plan storage limits.

How information is used

We use information to operate the service, process your operational records, maintain account access, improve reliability, and provide support. We do not sell your business data.

Workspace isolation and access

Each organization has an isolated workspace. Access is scoped to the organization and controlled by authentication, roles, permissions, and database policies.

Data retention and downgrade behavior

If paid access ends, existing records are preserved and plan-based access falls back to the available Free capabilities and limits.

Demo booking details are retained as needed to coordinate the session, maintain scheduling history, prevent abuse, and follow up on your request.

Account deletion

Organization owners can permanently delete their organization from Settings. This removes the business account, its workspace data, associated uploaded files, and organization user accounts. Deletion requires confirmation and cannot be undone. Some records may still need to be retained where required for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Service providers

Serotre relies on service providers for capabilities such as authentication, database hosting, file storage, application hosting, bot prevention, scheduling, and email delivery. They process data only as needed to provide those services.

Security

We use technical and organizational controls intended to protect workspace data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
